"Calling Light" – Pony Metal and Oak Sculpture

Dimensions: 63x 75x40 cm

"Calling Light" depicts a pony that has reached the end of its life and ascends the stairs of death toward heaven, where a light in the barn calls out to it. This light symbolically guides the pony to a place of peace, warmth, and shelter.

The sculpture is crafted entirely from metal, with its base made of oak, adorned with Lichtenberg figures (patterns burned using electricity). The metal leaves, representing the steps, were heated to a glowing red and tempered in oil, giving them a deep black hue that symbolizes the metaphorical journey toward heaven.

Inside the barn is a manual mechanism for extending and retracting candles. In the evening, the candles can be lit, hidden within the barn, and the roof closed to create a play of light and shadows on the surrounding walls. Alternatively, the candles can be fully extended to enjoy the sculpture's radiant glow, highlighting its profound and artistic message.

"Bruno" – Nail Bear Sculpture

"Bruno" is a sculpture of a small bear created from over 1000 nails. Each nail has been carefully bent and welded in place, with the bear holding a symbolic fish in its mouth. The scene depicts Bruno enjoying a meal by a small pond in the forest, surrounded by stabilizing moss that requires no watering.

The pond is made from epoxy resin, with small genuine crystals at the bottom to resemble stones. The sides of the base are adorned with Lichtenberg figures, perfectly representing the look of forest roots.
